| PowerPoint presentations are to be delivered on CD-ROM
or USB at least three hours before the start of
the planned presentation at the Preview Center (Radetzky
Appartment 1). For
sessions starting at 08:50 or 09:00, the Power Point presentations
should be
delivered before 18:00
the previous day. A copy of the checked PowerPoint presentation
will be made by a Conference Staff member. This copy will be
handed over to the Session Room technician where the oral presentation
is planned. This ensures a smooth transition from one presentation
to the other. Use of own laptops for presentations may be allowed
only in exceptional cases and has to be agreed with the staff
of the Preview Center at least three hours in advance. Your
laptop has to be delivered to the session room 15 minutes before
the whole session block begins. |

| MNE 2005 posters can be viewed during the entire conference
in the Poster Area (Entreezimmer, Trabantenstube, Seitengalerie).
Therefore posters are to be mounted according to the poster
placement number from Monday, 19 September,
5pm
until Tuesday, 20 September, 1pm the latest. Posters should
be removed by Thursday, 22 September, 6pm the latest. |
