About 80% of the papers presented at MNE 2005 have been submitted for publication in the MNE 2005 Proceedings. Critical peer review of the submitted manuscripts was done by members of the MNE 2005 International Program Committee.

The MNE 2005 Proceedings are published by Elsevier in a special issue of the Journal of Microelectronic Engineering Volume 83 /4-9, pp. 589 – 1830, April-September, 2006.

Pre-paid copies of the MNE 2005 Proceedings will be sent out by Elsevier in the second half of May 2006.
