The MNE 2005 welcome reception will be held
Monday, September 19,
19:00 – 21:00h, at the “Hofburg
Conference Center”, Heldenplatz, A 1014 Vienna. |

The MNE 2005 conference dinner
will take place in the great ballroom of the Vienna City
Hall (Rathaus) on
Wednesday, 21 September, 19:00 – 22:30h. Busses will pick
you up from the Conference Venue at 18:00h (sharp). A one hour guided bus
tour through the city centre is provided.

On Thursday, 22
September,
18:45– 23:30h, there will be a (traditional:
ME’88) wine party at the “Heurigen
Mayer am Pfarrplatz”, Heiligenstadt, 19th
district of Vienna (old vineyard farm house, where
Ludwig van
Beethoven lived in 1817, composing his Ninth Symphony).
Buses depart from the Hofburg Conference Center at
18:15 (sharp). Participants will be brought back to
the Hofburg Conference Center. Contribution per delegate:

Welcome to Austria! During the MNE 2005 conference many
sightseeing tours will be offered to you. If you are interested
please pass by at the registration desk in the Hofburg Conference
Center and ask for the program. All offered tours can be
booked on-site.
Previously offered tours have unfortunately been cancelled
due to too little participants. Already done payments will
be refunded in total.

Theater, Concerts, Opera, Museum and more...
Vienna is famous for it's musical and cultural history and
theatres. Therefore we provide tickets for the most important
cultural institutions in Vienna such as the State's Opera,
the Burgtheater (in German language) or the Musikverein concert

Booking and Cancellation Conditions
All tours and excursions require a minimum of 15 participants.
Programs and rates are subject to alteration without
notice. Cancellations of tours and excursions received
before August
26th, 2005 will be refunded less an administration fee
of EUR 10,-. For cancellations received after August
26th, 2005
the payment will not be refunded. Only written cancellations
may be accepted. Amounts due will be reimbursed after
the Congress. All tours will be accompanied by ENGLISH-SPEAKING
guides.
Mode of Payment
The total amount due shall be paid in advance. Payments
shall be made in EUR (no other currency shall be accepted)
to MNE 2005 and by one of the following procedures: Bank
